Background: Mr. Big is a hard rock supergroup founded in California 1988 and known for their impressive musicianship. They broke up in 2002 but reunited in 2009, with 7 studio albums until today. The album is known as the band's breakthrough record, including the hit single "To be with you" and reaching number 15 on the album billboard charts. The band had and still has their biggest success and fan base in Japan.
Trivia: This song is also known as the "Electric Drill Song". If you watch the video and especially the guitar solo section, you'll know why ;)
My two cents: Wow, look at those musicians! The drums are tight, the singer reaches pitches as high as no one else, Billy Sheehan on bass guitar is the best rock bass player known to me (and a Scientology member, what makes interviews with him pretty awkward). Paul Gilbert on guitar is a guitar god, one of the most famous guitar players out there. All together in one band, I simply love it to watch them! They had a decent success in the US and Europe but never got the attention they deserved and as they had in Japan. I hope they come up with another hit album in the next years.
